When you use our contact or career forms, we may collect your name, email address, phone number and the content of your message or application. We do not use this website to collect special category health information beyond what you choose to share in an enquiry.
Why we use it
We use enquiry and application details to respond to you, manage early conversations about care, and recruit our founding team. We rely on legitimate interests and, where appropriate, steps taken at your request before entering a contract.
Sharing and retention
Form submissions may be delivered by email using a trusted processor (Resend). We keep enquiry and application information only as long as needed to respond and manage recruitment or admissions conversations, then delete or securely archive it in line with our developing policies.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you may have rights to access, correct, delete or restrict use of your personal data, and to object to certain processing. Contact us to exercise these rights. You may also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).
