Our Story

At Joys Care Home, our ambition is simple: to create a home where people with learning difficulties and complex needs receive the support they need while continuing to enjoy comfort, familiarity and meaningful everyday life. We believe good care is about far more than meeting needs. It is about building relationships, encouraging independence where possible and helping every person feel valued.
As a newly established provider, we have the opportunity to build our service thoughtfully from the very beginning. Rather than inheriting old ways of working, we are creating a culture centred on kindness, professionalism and continuous learning.
